H O R R I B L E place of Denistry. You get in, fill out paperwork and you wait a while before they do x-rays then you wait even longer in a dental chair but then they take you to a "community room" that they do all their cleanings in & it's literally 5-10 minutes of cleaning work that they do & that's IT! They rush you, leaves your gums bleeding, they are just in it for the $ bc as fast as you walked in, that's how fast they will rush you right out of there. So, IF you VALUE your teeth & gums, take it from my experience & DON'T GO THERE. Unless you don't mind sore/bleeding gums & mouth still tasting like left over tooth paste, then be my guest.

Dentist - A dentist is a person qualified by a doctorate in dental surgery (D.D.S.) or dental medicine (D.M.D.), licensed by the state to practice dentistry, and practicing within the scope of that license. There is no difference between the two degrees: dentists who have a DMD or DDS have the same education. Universities have the prerogative to determine what degree is awarded. Both degrees use the same curriculum requirements set by the American Dental Association's Commission on Dental Accreditation. Generally, three or more years of undergraduate education plus four years of dental school is required to graduate and become a general dentist. State licensing boards accept either degree as equivalent, and both degrees allow licensed individuals to practice the same scope of general dentistry. Additional post-graduate training is required to become a dental specialist.
