PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY OF NORTHWEST INDIANA PC Reviews

Zero STARS Worst experience of my life. I would never recommend anyone taking their child here. I was told I can not come back in the room till after my child was assessed and then after they spoke with me I would have to leave again. My child is very young and they had no right to even ask this but because my child was calm I allowed it. After a few moments I changed my mind and requested to be taken to him. I found my child weeping and pleading for me and the dental hygienist response was nothing has happened because he is not corporating. Then once I calmed my child they were able to inspect his mouth. Once again it was stated that I will need to leave, which I refused. There was no care or comfort taken with him. When they wanted to place bite wings in my three olds mouth they roughly forced it in till he vomited from the gaging. Before I could get to him they physically laid on him to and pressed the camera flat on his face. When I polite suggested I could help and probably have more luck getting the bite wing in, I was snapped back with that's against our policy. The hygienist then stepped towards me and condescendingly asked if I was also a dental hygienist. The dentist himself had no patience, huffing that a first time child didn't tilt his head back enough. After all this not once was there any apology and they even stated next visit I will have to stay in waiting room. I would never suggest this place to anyone, they should not be working with children.
